Part of the Free legal aid project team visited within a study tour carried out from the 24th – 26th of August 2020 government institutions and NGOs dealing with legal issues of displaces persons, refugees and returnees upon readmission agreements in Sarajevo and Banja Luka.

On this study tour, the team of seven legal experts and three representatives of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija exchanged experiences NGOs and institutions working to ensure protection of property rights of IDPs, refugees and returnees, as well as on reintegration of refugees and displaced people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The fist two days of the study tour, the team spent in Sarajevo and met with deputy director of the International Organization for Migrations (IOM) and representatives of the Ministry for human rights. On the last day, the team met with representatives of the Institute for refugees and displaces persons and the Ministry of Interior in Banja Luka. This study tour ended with a meeting with NGO that provides free legal aid „Vase pravo“, funded by UNHCR.
