MOBILE TEAM VISITED IRLs IN LESKOVAC

Junior Legal Adviser Maja Simeonovska and trainees Miljana Mladenovic and Aleksandra Ordic visited on February 23, 2018 internally displaced people who are currently residing in Leskovac and have legal issues but due to bad health or financial situation are not able to visit the nearest office of the Free legal aid project.

Fourteen internally displaced people from Urosevac, Pristina, Gnjilane and Kosovska Kamenica presented their legal problems, mainly regarding to labor relation claims and four legal issues regarding damaged property in Kosovo and Metohija. The legal team filled out the application for free legal aid and collected documentations needed for case opening for all the clients.

After the meetings with IRLs, the team met with the trustee for refugees and migration in Leskovac, who supported the organization of this field visit. The team detailed explained to the trustee the legal assistance the project is providing to the vulnerable groups in order to straightened this collaboration.
