LEGAL TEAM VISITED PIROT

Senior Legal Advisers Dragana Gravrilović and Junior Legal Adviser Vladana Savić visited on 29 September 2021 potential beneficiaries of the Free Legal Aid Project in Pirot.

The legal team held five meetings during this field visit, among which three with refugees from Croatia, who requested a legal assistance for obtaining birth, citizenship and JMBG certificates from places of origin. Assistance for obtaining a birth certificated was also requested by one returnee returned to Serbia from France upon the Readmission Agreement. One returnee from Germany sought legal aid for submitting requests for financial aid to the National Employment Service and CSR.

All potential beneficiaries received an adequate legal advice, the available documentation was collected and applications for free legal aid were filled out.
