Successful Communication Skills Training Held on Zlatibor

A three-day training titled “Communication Skills in Working with Key Project Stakeholders” was held from 28 to 30 May 2025 on Zlatibor. The training brought together representatives of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija and project team members from various regions, with the aim of strengthening their professional capacities and improving day-to-day communication in their work.

Through interactive lectures, discussions, and practical simulations, participants had the opportunity to enhance their active listening skills, clear and assertive communication, and their ability to manage challenging communication situations. Special emphasis was placed on working with beneficiaries and institutions, highlighting the importance of balancing empathy with a professional approach when engaging with vulnerable groups.

The post-training evaluation indicated a high level of participant satisfaction, with particular appreciation for the use of real-life case studies, peer exchange, and the practical application of acquired knowledge. Participants also expressed interest in attending advanced training modules focused on specific communication challenges in the future.
