
MOBILE TEAM VISITED IDPS IN JAGODINA
Mobile team from the Niš office of the Free Legal Aid Project met on May 25, 2018. in Jagodina with 11 internally displaced people from Kosovo and Metohija.
The team, consisting of a Junior Legal Adviser Dragan Gavrilović and trainees Miljana Đorđević and Bogdan Našković spoke with five internally displaced people who presented their legal issues regarding usurped or destroyed property in KiM to the project for the first time. The team filled out five applications for free legal aid and collected available documentation from the potential clients.
The team used this opportunity to meet with IDPs the project is already representing in six cases regarding property in Kosovo and Metohija and completed the documentation with signed power of attorneys and agreements for representation.
The Free Legal Aid Project organized the field visit to Jagodina in cooperation with trustee for refugees and migrations in this municipality in order to provide legal aid to displaced people from KiM who are not able to visit the nearest project office.
