MOBILE TEAM VISITED MRČAJEVCI

The mobile legal team of the project office in Kraljevo conducted a field visit to the location of Mrčajevci near Čačak on October 15, 2024.

Legal advisors held individual meetings with six internally displaced persons, who sought assistance in obtaining documentation, mostly property ownership certificates from the real estate cadaster and extracts from civil registries in their places of origin. One individual requested legal advice and assistance regarding the exercise of rights related to a share in the privatization of a socially-owned enterprise where they worked before displacement.

During this field visit, a total of six new cases were opened. So far, the project’s legal teams have conducted 19 field visits, through which cases for over 85 beneficiaries have been opened.
