
THE PROJECT CARRIED OUT THE FIFTH TRAINING FOR JUNIOR LEGAL EXPRERTS AND LEGAL OFFICERS
Ten junior legal adviders and legal officers attended the fifth training course that the Free legal Aid project organized from the 11th-12th of June 2020 in Vrnjacka Banja.
During this training course, opened by the project’s Team Leader Rados Dabetic, lawyers Vladimir Mojsilovic and Mia Fukuda presented to the trainees the mandate and organization of Kosovo Privatization Agency and the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court in Pristina in charge of the matters of state and social enterprises matters. Within this course, the trainees were given practical assignment- taking legal actions in concrete cases.
The project’s Readmission officer Ivana Andrejevic presented to her colleagues in what way a collaboration with local civil associations can facilitate and enhance providing legal aid to returnees upon readmission agreements.
This two day training course is one of the Free legal aid project’s activities that aims to further educate and specializes young experts in working with vulnerable groups and with that makes this type of assistance sustainable and durable.
