LEGAL TEAM AGAIN IN PROKUPLJE

Legal team of the Free legal aid project’s Nis office organized in collaboration with the trustee for refugees and migration in Prokuplje the second field visit to this municipality. During this field visit on the 15th of October 2019, the team met with seven potential clients with legal issues they need professional assistance for.

Two returnees upon readmission agreements requested assistance for obtaining birth and citizenship certificates for themselves and their families, while four of them sought assistance for registering into the Birth register of the Republic of Serbia. One internally displaced person from Kosovo and Metohija requested free legal aid regarding the usurped property in Pristina. The team collected necessary information and documents and filled out application for free legal aid for everyone who presented their legal issues on this occasion.

In July this year the mobile team from Nis office met in Prokuplje with five clients who had legal issues and filled out the applications for free legal aid or gave on-spot legal advice.
