FIELD VISIT TO KRAGUJEVAC

Mobile team from the Free legal aid’s office in Kraljevo met on 23th of February, 2018 at the office of the trustee for refugees and migration in Kragujevac with 11 internally displaced people who have legal proprietary issues in Kosovo and Metohija.

Eleven internally displaced people from KiM presented to the legal team a total of 17 legal issues, five of which are related to labor relations, five regarding usurped property, four issues concerning damaged property and three requests for obtaining documentation from places of origin. The team filled out the applications for free legal aid for all the clients and gathered the available documentation.

This is the second field visit to Kragujevac organized by the EU project “Protection and Promotion of Property Rights of Internally Displaced People, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements” in cooperation with the trustee for refugees and migration in Kragujevac.
