FREE LEGAL AID IN MLADENOVAC

The Free legal aid project’s mobile team organized, in collaboration with the Trustee for refugees and migration in Mladenovac a meeting with internally displaced people from KiM and returnees upon readmission agreements on February 22, 2018.

Junior legal adviser Mia Fukuda Sofijanic and trainees Sanja Mikic and Adrian Hadzi-Bulic spoke with five internally displaced people who need assistance obtaining documents from places of origin and one displaces person whose property in KiM has been usurped.

Apart from IDPs, one returnee upon readmission agreements sought legal assistance in obtaining personal documents. The team filled out applications for free legal aid for all clients and collected available documentation.
