Fourth training for legal trainees has begun
Four-day training of legal trainees of the Free Legal Aid Project, fourth in row, has started today. Legal trainees will hear lectures of the representatives of the Commissariat for Refugees and Migrations, docents from the University of Pristina and the project’s legal experts from the field of the international public and private law, the influence of international norms on proceedings before courts in Kosovo and Metohija and status and reception of returnees.
This training is a part of the program for training of legal trainees with origin from Kosovo and Metohija, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, hired on the project „Protection and Promotion of Property Rights of Internally Displaced People, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements“in field of protection of basic human rights of the vulnerable groups.
