MOBILE LEGAL TEAM VISITED KRUŠEVAC
On May 28, 2024, Junior Legal Advisor Vladana Savić and Senior Legal Advisor Dragan Gavrilović from the project office in Niš visited potential users in Kruševac. This field visit was organized in cooperation with the local Commissioner for Refugees and Migration.
During the visit, five potential users approached the legal advisors with their legal issues. Two returnees under the readmission agreement sought legal assistance for residence registration to obtain other personal documents.
Two internally displaced persons (IDPs) requested help regarding their entitlement to 20% of the privatization of the company “Jugopetrol,” where they worked before displacement. One IDP presented a legal issue concerning an apartment in Podujevo.
Requests for free legal aid were filled out for these five users, and the necessary documentation was collected to open their cases.
