LEGAL AID FOR REFUGEES IN GROCKA

The mobile team of the Belgrade office of the free legal aid project carried out on 20 October 2021 a field visit to the City of Belgrade’s municipality Grocka.

During this visit, five refugees addressed the legal aid with requests for assistance in obtaining personal documents from Croatia. One refugee from Croatia requested a legal assistance for initiating the process of entering a late mother in the Death register in the place of origin. During the meets held, the legal team also gave legal advice to potential beneficiaries on applying for the Regional Housing Programme.
