
GOOD COMMUNICATION TO EFFICIENT LEGAL AID
The workshop for the legal trainees working with the EU project „Protection and Promotion of Property Rights of Internally Displaced People, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements“ on internal and external communications was organized on October 26 and 27, 2017 on Zlatibor.
Introducing the good communication standards, improving communication with clients, persons who doesn’t qualify for free legal aid and with reperentatives of institutions, other organozations and media.
Besides interactive exercises designed to improve communication skills, help avoid misunderstandings and conflicts and led by the Communications Experts, the trainees had the opportunity to hear the experience of the Senior Legal Advisor Nikola Radosavović in interacting with courts, clients, lawyers and media.
The Internal and External Communication Workshop was organized in order to improve the communication both inside the team and with clients and enable the most efficient legal aid for the vulnerable groups. Aside from the trainees and the management of the project, the representative of the Office for KiM Radmila Majstorović attended the workshop.
