Mobile team visited IDPs in Krusevac

Mobile team from the free legal aid project’s Nis office met on January 11, 2018 in Krusevac with 13 internally displaced people from Kosovo and Metohija who have some legal issue but are unable to visit the nearest project’s office.

The team of a Junior Legal Adviser Vladana Savic and a legal trainee Miljana Djordjevic spoke with 13 displaced people from KiM with total of eight proprietary and five labor related legal problems at the office of a trustee for refugees and migration in Krusevac. The team signed the agreements on representation and powers of attorney with those clients and collected necessary documentation. The preparation of court submission for further proceeding is ongoing.

This field visit is the second visit of the free legal aid project’s mobile team to Krusevac and the trustee for refugees and migration pointed out the need for free legal aid among returnees upon readmission agreements in this municipality.
