{"id":4705,"date":"2021-12-21T11:48:59","date_gmt":"2021-12-21T10:48:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pravnapomoc.org\/?p=4705\/"},"modified":"2021-12-21T11:48:59","modified_gmt":"2021-12-21T10:48:59","slug":"mobile-team-of-nis-office-in-krusevac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pravnapomoc.org\/en\/mobile-team-of-nis-office-in-krusevac\/","title":{"rendered":"MOBILE TEAM OF NI\u0161 OFFICE IN Kru\u0161evac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In collaboration with the local trustee for refugees and migrations, the mobile team from the project\u2019s office in Ni\u0161 carried out on 20 August 2021 a field visit for potential beneficiaries in Kru\u0161evac.<\/p>\n<p>During this field visit, the legal team held a total of 11 meeting with potential beneficiaries- internally displaced persons from Kosovo and Metohija. All legal issues presented at the meeting were related to property rights in KiM, mainly regarding probate proceedings that should be initiated. The team collected all the available documentations and filled out applications for free legal aid for all the beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>This field visit is the fourth visit to Kru\u0161evac and as it was pointed out during the meeting with the local trustee, there is still a need for free legal assistance to IDPs, refugees and returnees upon readmission agreements in this municipality.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In collaboration with the local trustee for refugees and migrations, the mobile team from the project\u2019s office in Ni\u0161 carried out on 20 August 2021 a field visit for potential beneficiaries in Kru\u0161evac.
