The EU funded project \u201cProtection and Promotion of Property Rights of Internally Displaced People, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements\u201d, whose beneficiary is the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, organized on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 a presentation of a thematic report and a panel discussion on \u201cMediation in Kosovo and Metohija\u201d.<\/p>\n
Blazo Nedic, expert for social matters and mediator with extensive experience, presented the Report that gives an oversight of the legal framework in terms of implementing mediation in Kosovo and Metohija, basic principles of mediation and principles defined by the laws and bylaws. The report also offers basic information on implementation of mediation within the legal framework of the so-called Kosovo Property Agency and law faculties, as well as the important international organizations funded projects and civil society organizations active in Kosovo and Metohija.<\/p>\n
