The report explains the circumstances in which the damage occurred, problems for collecting the damage compensation, institutional obstacles as well as the examples of material and non-material damage inflicted to non-Albanian population in KiM during the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>The draft report was presented on the Thematic Working Group organized on June 5, 2017.
