The third training for legal trainees of the project \u201eProtection and Promotion of Property Rights of IDPs, Refugees and Returnees Upon Readmission Agreements\u201d, financed by the EU in collaboration with the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, ended yesterday in Belgrade. This three-day training covered the topic of the implementation of the international public law, with the emphasis of the litigation processes and procedures in courts in Kosovo and Metohija. The training courses are planned to be organized every month for the duration of the project with purpose of introducing implementation of human rights norms and standards and the challenges the institutions in Kosovo and Metohija face implementing them to these future lawyers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
